Your shading is wonderful, though in some areas it seems to be lighter where it should be darker. For an example, the area around her bottom should be darker since she is sitting on the mushroom. The darkest area should be where two objects touch.
The back shadows are gorgeous, the blues and purples you have added give the objects much more dimension, bravo~. I would love to see more green, since the background holds more greens and yellows, but that's ever so minor.
Overall, well done!
As far as improving this art, the upper right-hand corner feels a bit empty to me, like there should be something in it, but it doesn't detract too much. I feel that some of the details on the girl's face are getting lost, such as the lines on her hair and under her mushroom cap-hat. They could be accented a bit darker to go with her darkly saturated eyes. Other than that this is very nice as is. I look forward to seeing what you make in SAI next.
